- Yea every Discord ToS, Google it.
- NO ABUSIVE WORD
- Cursing, bad words can be irritating sometimes. However, this rule is not mandatory because there is discretion involved.
- NO ADVERTISING
- Advertising / Sharing channel is limited for sharing your channel, products or any social media platform. Promoting another server or community is prohibited.
- NO HEAVY NSFW
- We may have NSFW channel that allows it, just we would not feel comfortable if you share heavy NSFW. Just a light one or memes about it.
- NO SEXUAL HARRASMENT
- Pretty straight forward, if you need us to explain this, then go seek some professional's help.
- NO @ everyone WITHOUT PERMISSION
- If this feature was enabled in the server, does not mean you can tag us whenever you want.
- NO SPAM MENTIONING
- We know you miss someone over the time, but just ping once will be enough.
- BOT COMMAND
- Please keep bot commands or application features in bot command channel, just to keep the general chat clean.
- RESPECT EACH OTHER
- Treat people well, and they will too. Using harsh word is okay if the other people does not mind it, just don't get too far.
- HAVE A COMMON SENSE

Minecraft server
- STRICTLY NO GRIEFING
- Pretty straight forward, it's a bad behaviour.
- NO STEALING
- Unless it's really your close friend and not getting anyone mad, yea sure.
- NO CHEATING
- Don't. Ever. Try. We will give you warning if you commit it, and ban your ip if you ignore our warning.
- NO 3RD PARTY TOOLS
- X-ray is not good for your eyes.
- NO BUG EXPLOITATION
- This basically cheating, right? Please report any bug that might bring unfairness or one that affect gaming experience to admins.
- NO SPAMMING
- People will get annoyed, just spam only when you're alone. We know how it feel to be lonely.
- NO ADVERTISING
- We know there is another better server or community, but it's a common sense to not share them in our server and respect our decision. Just DM the person if you want to share it.
- RESPECT EACH OTHER
- It's free, you respect people, people will do the same for you.

Donations
- Donation
- All donation or transaction must be made under HEXAREIS ENTERPRISE bank account.
- There are two decision maker in the community, Shah and Syafiq, exception can be made if you had transferred amount of money to Shah but you are required to request him to update to Syafiq or send the payment confirmation by yourself.
- Refund Policy
- Goods sold or donations sent are strictly non-refundable except under some circumstance
- For example : We had failed to deliver the sold goods, then purchaser have right for refund.
- Community Bank
- Donation will be directly goes into Community Bank, therefore any refund request will not be accepted. In case of server closure / break, the funds will stay in our community bank for future usage. For transparency, we had created sheets format file for you to refer our cash flow that can be find in our Link Hub.
